1. Face to Face Consultations (in person)

a. Full Nutritional Consultation

The full nutritional consultation consists of accurate weighing on the weighbridge, Body Condition Scoring (BCS) service, and Fiona will also generate a tailored, individual nutritional analysis pack for your equine.

This pack will contain:

 

• Review of Current Feeding ration and review of Daily Feed Intake

• Review of vitamin and mineral requirements and current levels

• Explanation of proposed rations

• Proposed new feeding ration (where applicable)

 

£255 per horse.

2 - 2.5 hours per equine and a full, tailored, individual nutritional pack produced.

b. Condensed Nutritional Consultation 

This is a scaled-down version of the above.   It contains the same depth of nutritional analysis as the Full Nutritional Consultation but it is reviewed at a slightly higher level, and once again, recommendations are made for a more suitable ration. 

£160  per horse.

1.5 hours per equine and a full, tailored, individual nutritional pack produced.

c. Follow on/Check-Up Service

Following on from the Full Nutritional Consultation and the Condensed Nutritional Consultation, there may be a check-up required, from anything to 6, 12 or 18 weeks.

​

This is charged at a flat-rate fee of £65 per horse.

Approx. 1 hour per horse.

2. Remote Nutritional Consultation (via email / telephone) 

a. Full Nutritional Consultation - REMOTE

The Remote Full Nutritional Consultation is once again, the most detailed analysis of your horse's ration that Fiona offers.  It covers all nutrients as well as vitamins and minerals, in depth. 

 

As it is remote, you will be asked to supply recent video footage and / or photos of your horse.   An individual, nutritional pack will be produced and emailed to you. 

£160 per horse. ​

b. Condensed Nutritional Consultation - REMOTE

This is a scaled-down version of the above.   It contains the same depth of nutritional analysis as the Full Nutritional Consultation but it is reviewed at a slightly higher level, and once again, recommendations are made for a more suitable ration. 

£65  per horse.

3. Group Full Nutritional Consultation (face to face / in person)

This service is the same as the Full Nutritional Consultation but is designed for groups of 3, 4 or 5 individuals and their equines.

Fiona includes a group session on physiology and anatomy of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as accurate weighing on the weighbridge, Body Condition Scoring (BCS) generating a tailored, individual nutritional analysis pack for your equine.

This pack will contain:-

 

• Review of Current Feeding ration and review of Daily Feed Intake

• Review of vitamin and mineral requirements and current levels

• Explanation of proposed rations

• Proposed new feeding ration (where applicable)

 

£190 per horse. 1 hour per equine and 30-minute group session and a full, tailored, individual nutritional pack produced.

4. Weighing, Body Condition Scoring (BCS) and Nutritional Advice Service

This service includes weighing, Body Condition Scoring (BCS), and a tailored 20 - 30 minute feeding and nutrition overview.

£40 per horse.

(Ideally, suitable for 5 + horses, but Fiona will try to accommodate a visit, if she is in the local area).

5. Feed Room Overview

Fiona will review the feeding ration of all equines on the yard and revise their feeding and management schedule, where appropriate.

 

£255 Flat rate fee (2 - 2.5 hours in total).

6. Talks, Seminars, and Lectures

Fiona would be delighted to attend and speak at your Riding Club AGM, next yard get-together, yard/shop launch, or information seminar.

 

£175 Flat rate fee.

(1 hour talk, with 20-30 mins Q&A).

7. Producer / Manufacturer / Formulation Consultancy

Fiona is also experienced at offering clients and organisations (large and small) bespoke consultancy and advice when formulating, revising, designing, marketing and launching new commercial feed products and supplements; both locally and on an international basis.

​

As she is independent however, she cannot endorse any company or actively support or sponsor any brand. 

​

8. Traveling Fee 

Note: Fiona is based in Albury Heath, in the Surrey Hills.

​

There is no call-out charge for distances within a 5 mile radius from this point.​  Call-out for areas beyond this however carry a traveling fee, charged per mile (according to postcode).
